Astrophysics, Statistics, and applied Quality Engineering. |

This project was born in the Oil Embargo and
Peak Oil concerns of the 1970's, but did |
|
| not grow
because societies' interest in Environmentalism waned as the Carbon Economy
recovered |
| with the
assurance of plenty of the dirty stuff for everyone. As expected the
disadvantages of the |
| carbon economy
have surfaced again, and this time in a deeper, social injustice kind of way. |

Therefore, this service was developed in
colaboration with a few friends and relatives, |

| to allow for
all people to see and experience participation in the Global Solution to this
